Seventy percent cacao, thirty percent coconut sugar. The secret is in the seventy: fifty percent our raw Talamanca cacao and twenty percent pure cacao butter, folded back in. That extra butter is what gives Sweet Magic its silk — a melt that begins the moment it touches your tongue.
The coconut sugar brings a warm, caramel sweetness while the cacao stays deep and alive underneath. Same unroasted Talamanca beans as everything else we make, wearing the hammock painting on the wrapper.
