Cacao Magic is a fresh, handmade food product. Each order is prepared and packed for you specifically, so all sales are final once your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged

If your cacao arrives damaged, or your shipment goes missing in transit, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at cacaomagiccostarica@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the package and product. We review each situation individually and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong item
If you received something other than what you ordered, write to us and we'll correct it right away.
