Where we ship
We ship anywhere DHL delivers. Our cacao travels from the South Caribbean of Costa Rica to homes, shops, and ceremony spaces around the world.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order and your delivery address, based on current DHL rates. You'll see your exact shipping cost before you complete your order.

Delivery time depends on your destination.

Orders to the United States, Canada, and Latin America typically arrive in 1–2 weeks. Orders to Europe typically arrive in 2–4 weeks. Cacao is prepared in small batches, so we take the care needed to send it to you in perfect condition.

Tracking
You'll receive a DHL tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your country. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
