Welcome to Cacao Magic Costa Rica. These terms cover your use of cacaomagic.co and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are
Cacao Magic Costa Rica is a family business producing raw ceremonial cacao and artisan chocolate in Costa Rica. You can reach us anytime at cacaomagiccostarica@gmail.com or +506 8953 9178.

Our products
We sell raw cacao, chocolate bars, and related cacao products, made in small batches. Because our cacao is handmade from a natural agricultural product, slight variation in colour, texture, and flavour between batches is normal and part of what makes it real.

Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate. If an error appears in a listing, or if a product becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer you a full refund or an alternative. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted once we confirm it by email.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your card details.

Shipping
We ship worldwide by DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your country. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds
Because our cacao is a fresh handmade food product prepared for you, all sales are final once your order ships. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

About our cacao
Our products are foods, offered for nourishment and for ceremonial and cultural practice. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, please consult your doctor before adding cacao to your routine.

Our content
The text, photographs, artwork, and brand names on this site belong to Cacao Magic Costa Rica. Please don't reproduce them commercially without our written permission. You're always welcome to share our work with credit.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the most recent version.
