When you contact us or ask about wholesale: your name, email address, country, business name, and whatever you write in your message.
When you visit the site: basic technical information such as your browser type, approximate location, and which pages you looked at. This comes from our website platform and from Google Analytics, and it helps us understand what people find useful.
Your payment details
We never see or store your card information. Payments are handled directly by our payment providers, who are responsible for keeping those details secure.
Why we use it
To fulfil and ship your order, to answer your questions, to keep our records straight, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. If you've asked to hear from us, we may occasionally write with news about our cacao. Every message includes a way to stop receiving them.
